Ranking Criteria for Unicus Global English Olympiad (UGEO)

The Unicus Global English Olympiad (UGEO) is an international online English Olympiad for students from KG to Class 10. Held every winter on the language taught in the student's current class, it goes beyond grammar drills to test how students use English in everyday situations. Unlike the other Unicus papers, UGEO has a Language Section and a Reading Section, the second assessing reading comprehension. Students of Classes 2 to 10 are ranked on the criteria below, with a tie on marks broken first by the time taken and then by date of birth. UGEO for KG and Class 1 is parent/teacher-assisted and carries no ranks.
