  • The largest two digit number is 99.
  • This means it's the biggest number you can have that has two places, like '9' in the tens place and '9' in the ones place.
  • After 99, we move to three digits and that's 100!
Examples:
  • Counting fruits:
    • If you have 99 apples, that is the most two digit apples you can count!
    • Next, if you add one more apple, you will have 100 apples.
