What is Air?
- Air is the invisible mixture of gases that surrounds us.
- We breathe air to help our bodies work and stay healthy.
- Air is everywhere, and we can't see it, but we can feel it when it moves as wind.
- Air also contains oxygen, which is important for animals and people to breathe.
Examples:
- When you blow up a balloon, you fill it with air.
- When you run fast and feel the breeze on your face, that is moving air.
- Plants use air to make their food using a process called photosynthesis.
Fun Fact: Even though we can't see air, we know it's there because we can feel it, and animals and plants need it to live!
