What is a Letter Pattern?

  • A letter pattern is a way to see how letters are arranged in a certain order.
  • It helps us find out what comes next in a sequence of letters.
  • For example, we might see letters repeating or changing in a fun way.
Examples:
  • ABABAB Pattern:
    • If we have the letters A and B repeating, we say: A, B, A, B, A, B!
    • This means A comes, then B, over and over!

  • Letter Sequence:
    • If we see C, D, E, F, we can guess that G comes next!
    • This is because the letters are going in order like a train!

  • Vowel Pattern:
    • If we have A, E, I, A, E, I, we find a pattern with vowels.
    • It keeps repeating A, E, I, which is fun to say!
