What is Time?
- Time helps us know when things happen and how long they last.
- We can think of time as a way to measure days, hours, and minutes.
- It helps us plan our day and know when to wake up and go to bed.
Examples:
- Daily routine:
- In the morning, you wake up at 7 o'clock.
- You have breakfast at 7:30 and go to school at 8.
- Watching a clock:
- If it's 3 o'clock, it's time for snack.
- When the long hand points to 12 and the short hand points to 3, it's snack time!
- Planning a party:
- If your birthday party is at 3 PM, you know when to invite your friends.
- Time helps everyone come together to celebrate.
