What are Stars?
- Stars are giant balls of hot gas that shine brightly in the night sky.
- They are very far away from us and come in many different sizes and colors.
- Stars are made mostly of hydrogen and helium gases.
- They give off light and heat, which makes them look twinkly from Earth.
Examples:
- The Sun is a star that gives us light and warmth during the day.
- Sirius is a bright star that can be seen from many places on Earth at night.
- Some stars, like Betelgeuse, are red and much bigger than our Sun!
